Dogs need rabies and DHPP vaccinations; Bordetella is required only to use the dog park, grooming salon, or indoor dog play area. Dogs may be off leash in the fenced dog park and their private yard; everywhere else on the property, they must remain on leash.
Dogs may be left alone in a house. Crates are recommended, and owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Dog beds, bowls, and towels are provided for your convenience, but guests must bring their own dog food.
A 50% payment secures a reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. A refundable $250 authorization hold is placed the day before arrival for potential damage and released the day after checkout if no damage occurs.
