50% due at booking. Balance due 14 days before arrival. A refundable $250 damage authorization hold is placed the day before arrival and released the day after checkout if no damage occurs.
Displayed rates are already pre-discounted nightly prices before taxes, with no other fees. Weekend rates are higher than weekday rates, and holidays or special dates may vary. To secure a reservation, a 50% payment is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. A refundable $250 authorization hold is placed the day before arrival for potential damage. It is released the day after checkout if no damage occurs.

We proudly have no dog fees, breed restrictions, or size limits. Dogs need rabies and DHPP vaccinations; Bordetella is required only to use the dog park, grooming salon, or indoor dog play area. Dogs may be off leash only in the fenced park or your private yard; elsewhere, they must remain on leash.
Petite and Standard houses have a one-night minimum stay. The Monolith house has a two-night minimum on weekends.
